Terms of sale for manif.es. Plain facts, no small print.

Products and prices

Screen-printed T-shirts, as shown on the product page. Prices are in EUR and are the full price of the item. Shipping cost is shown in the cart before you pay.

Order

Pick a size, add to cart, pay at checkout. The contract is made when you get the order confirmation email.

Payment

Card and wallet payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe). We never see your card details.

Delivery

We ship after payment. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery options and cost are shown at checkout.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from receiving the item to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. How it works: Returns.

Faulty item

The seller is responsible if the item is not in conformity with the contract, for 2 years from delivery. Email us with your order number and a photo. We answer within 14 days. You can ask for a repair or replacement, or, where the law allows, a price reduction or a refund.

Law and disputes

Polish law applies. If you buy as a consumer, you keep all the protection the law of your country gives you. Write to us first, we answer every message. You can also use your local consumer advice body; in Poland, the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).
