What we collect, why, and for how long.

Who

Orders

Name, address, email, phone and what you bought. Used to deliver the order and handle returns (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and kept for accounting as tax law requires, 5 years from the end of the year of purchase (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Email list

Only your email and the page you signed up from. Used to tell you about the next drop, on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Kept until you unsubscribe: reply to any email or write to us.

Messages

If you write to us, we use your message to answer it (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

• Essential, always on: cart and session cookies (WooCommerce), payment security at checkout (Stripe), and mf_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for 180 days.
• Only after you click OK: the Meta pixel (_fbp) and order attribution cookies (sbjs_*), to measure which posts and ads bring people here. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives this data; it may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

To change your choice, delete cookies for manif.es in your browser. The banner will show again.

Who else sees it

Only those needed to run the shop: hosting (LH.pl, Poland), payments (WooPayments by Automattic, processed by Stripe), the carrier (name and address), and Meta only if you clicked OK. We do not sell data.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawing consent at any time. Write to us. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
